Has anyone ever heard of a litter having thier jabs at 4 wks?? , also what are the requirements for HT for chocolate labs and what problems to look out for other than the hips and elbow ..

The same as for Blacks & Yellows ;-) :-D

Other than good scoring hips & elbows, you would need to see an clear annual eye cert, Optigen testing for GPRA is becoming more the norm, there are a couple of other HT but as yet, not widely used. HTH's

I've never heard of jabs being given at such a very young age. Sometimes they're started at 6 weeks if the pups were hand-reared and had no immunity from their mother's colostrum and so were at high risk of illness - but they would still have to be repeated after 10 weeks - any later and they'd need to be restarted.
