Haivng a discussion with a friend, and both of wondered what breed Peter owns/shows.
Anybody have a idea?

He no longer shows dogs. Does an awful lot of judging now.

Thanks for that, very interesting!!

Yes he's an interesting chap! ;)
Peter is a lovley man with a down to earth sence of humour, my first time as a steward at a show i was in the ring with peter and he was such a gentleman helping me out because i was a bit nervous, he is also a excelent judge very calm and understanding of young and nervous dogs and novice handlers.

Hi, Lovely man, he came down to our ringcraft a few months ago and gave a masterclass (so to speak) the class is mainly pugs, he was great and he gave my son lots of encouragement and advice.
He said that his main breed had been peks, but that he doesn't show any more, but consentrated on his judging etc.
He told us some wonderful stories of when he worked with the Morleys on the Miss Worlds!!
Agree with all that's been said, he is patron of our ringcraft and is very nice when going over the dogs; my breed is not that common so we have had some informative conversations. He's always so immaculately turned out as well!!
Lovely man, I always look forward at shows to seeing what jacket he puts on!

What a lovely man, he was a real gentleman, had the opportunity to speak to him yesterday at Lanark as he was parked next to us. I have never had the opportunity to show under him but I think he would put you at ease and enable yo to enjoy your day.
He is a really nice man , i have only ever come under him once at an open show and he gave me Best in Show ( well my dog ) very gentle with the dogs and puppies and very helpful.
