I really enjoy this show ...in fact damaged my shoulder 2 yrs ago with my own attempt of returning to the ice after a 35yr break <BG> thinking I would be able to skate like I did when I was 15 ..never again!!

Did sense an atmosphere re - Sharon as if they were all relieved she was on her way.

Think Danniella is pushing herself and is really good although she has got some competition.

I love it and I'm totally certain that Chris was soooo pleased that Sharon was leaving.  I thought her attitude stunk really for her previous job.  OK so she has some joint problems now but she will have been aware from the start of them and shouldn't of joined it if she wasn't able to do even the simplest of tasks.

It's the first time that I've seen Chris look as though he'd had enough.

Danielle, Hayley and Mike are my faves, just love Mikes character.

I love it too, I really liked Sharon at the beginning and was upset when she ended up in the skateoffs the first couple of weeks. But she ended up moaning all the time during these past couple of weeks and I was fed up of watching her. Emma was right, her programmes looked the same week after week.

Glad she's gone, whats the point of having experts coach them then decide to do their own thing? In this case it obviously didn't pay off.

I'm loving Hayley and Daniel. I look forward to their performance every week. Their Valentines one was great!

yes agree... Sharon was on this morning on Monday still complaining about her shoulder and Philip Scofield had a little go re her changing her routine and music...think she has dissapointed a lot of people...

I also like Gary Lucy wish he would just let himself go that little bit more ....at the moment he given me the impression he is worried about embarassing himself.

I love it but record it to whizz through the repeated/boring bits. Also love the skating on in Canada at the mo. If I had my time again I would learn to ice skate (& play the piano).

Does anyone remember the male skater who did a back flip? Was it Robin Cousins or Robin Curry?

I haven't really had a chance to watch much of this series, but don't think it's been as good as past series.

Have a look at YouTube at Torvill & Dean dancing to 'Let's Face the Music & Dance' - I think it's their return to the Olympics in 1994.  Unfortunately I can't get on to YouTube at work to post a link.  They are absolutely amazing.

Hayley is brilliant, just thnk if she can skate at that level in just a few weeks she could of been a professional if she'd started when she was younger!

OMG wasn't she great!!!??? I'm half glad Mikey's gone, half sad. He was a great sport, but his skating was beginning to bore me. Does anyone know if Daniel is straight or gay? I'm undecided. He's a little camp, but I think that comes with the job. I think he's brilliant, he brings the best out in all his partners

OMG!  That is simply spectacular! 

Curiousity made me look, and I was spellbound.  Have you ever seen such superb synchronisation?  How could anyone ever beat that?

I am the same, I really liked Mikey but felt his performances were a bit safe. Hs performance last night was abit like watching Dr. Hilary with the non-existant lifts...although obviously not quite as wobbly!! Wanted him to stay though because I liked him!

I am also undecided about Daniel. Him and Hayley make a great partnership and are obviously very close. Not sure if they had an unfair advantage knowing each other from years ago though as the relationship was already there. Regardless though she is fantastic and  I agree with the comment that if she is this good after a few weeks I am sure she could have made it as a professional! Definately deserved those 6's!

I know Jean, for me that's their best ever performance.  They really are breathtaking.  I would doubt anyone could ever top that.
