Sorry to hijack thread, but are the free passes given to exhibitors for specific days?  Also can you use them when entering the show with the general public.  I will have a spare pass and want to offer it to a friend.  However, she won't be coming up with me and may even go on a different day so would like to check before offering.

I used a friends pass a few years ago as her bitch came into season and we were going down dogless. I used it on a different day to the breed due to be shown and there was no problem. Quite good as we even had a bench to put all our purchases in instead of carrying them around all day!!!

How did you manage that if you went on a different day to when the dog was meant to be shown?

Because I used the actual dog pass on the correct day and the handler pass on the non breed day.

But you wouldn't have an empty bench on the non-breed day - that would be allocated to another dog of a different breed.

Exactly -and with a different number too as they are all changed at the end of each day.
