Hi guys

I have outlook on my computer which i use for my emails however as soon as I open it it freezes and says (not responding)  I can use my computer for everything else with no problems but this is happening everytime i open outlook and was wondering if any of you guys could advice what to do?

I have my email addresses with BT and use outlook to open and store my emails etc. 

Also I logged on via the BT site to ensure there was no big emails etc trying to come through but everything was fine?

Exactly the same has happened to me for the past few weeks, i have to use the bt yahoo bit instead of outlook.

I understand from friends that BT is the problem, their software causes conflicts with Microsoft Outlook.  When they phone BT helpline the fixes cause yet more problems.  Most of them now recommend ditching BT competely.

My OH says don't touch BT with a bargepole (bit extreme!!)

I must admit though we have had bt now for 8 years and never had a problem untill now ;-)
