has many breeders took there girl to be scanned on day 29 since first mate and pups could be clearly seen?

I usually take my girl at 5 weeks to check that everything is fine, if you could see them at 29 days that is brilliant. :-) Especially as many vets have a hard time with scans even at 5/6 weeks **rolleyes** in finding pups.

dont know yet if there is any pups fingers crossed!!

I always go when they are 28/29 days with good results, this time my vet trimmed some of her fur and the pictures were very clear.

I was told by Keith that it depends on the breed mine are fine at 28 day and over.

31 days here and saw clear pups.

took back 2 weeks later to check on  numbers and was incredibly diffcult to see what was going on.

Keith scanned our girl at 28 days, saw 5 puppies, she went on to have 4, one was re absorbed i reckon.

I scan at 21 days and it's always very clear if there are pups.

Yes im sure Keith said with his new machine he can scan at 3 weeks.
