has anyone any come across really good stuff to put on pads of back feet to stop the dog,s back legs from slipping backwards when stacked My 14 month gets very unsure when the legs start sliding backwards and loses her confidence I have tried paw wax also spray on that was nearly £8 which doesnt seem to have any affect and the flooring at crufts can be quite slippy underfoot as i have found from previous times i,d be grateful for all ideas

Folk say Coke ( I suppose for the sugary stickyness) works.

Coke is definatley the best thing to stop dogs slipping in the rings.

Pour the coke in to a dish and place the dogs feet into it, about 5-10minutes before going in tot he ring, use fresh coke.

Maybe 7-UP (which is colourless) would work as well?
Mushers secret is no good for making feet grippy its just good to toughen feet up using it regularly over a period of time.
Shaws paw wax is pretty useless too thats the one in the beige shoe polish tin.
The best one for making feet grip in the ring is 'show-foot' sold in a while canister aerosol with blue writing on.

Quite right, sugar water would probably work as well.
