I saw it on the news today, it was a cocker spaniel poor little thing!!

is the world going completely mad--how on earth could a week old puppy get "muddy from a walk" and what is this lunatic mother doing allowing young children to be left alone with such a tiny pup? where is its mother--presumably nowhere to be seen, otherwise that boy could have had a very nasty bite, mum pts...someone please tell me the woman will be prosecuted for neglect and cruelty.
