I am 20 miles from newark and the Road's here are all but clear. :) :) lea :)

Went to a show there today, all roads are absolutely fine but it is quite muddy and slippy on the grass, just thought I'd tell you if you were planning to walk your dogs around the grounds after the show :) good luck
