I really like making corn muffins but would like them in a stick shape so I can make baked corn dogs....(Americans will know what I am on about).

Made some in a muffin tin but they got stuck. Still delicious but not as handy to eat as I'd hoped..:-)

They don't have to be exact..but similar enough..

Similar to corn bread....but you put a hot dog in it....(My version)

Proper version....a cornbread like batter around a hot dog on a stick....kinda like your battered sausages on with corn meal and a stick...:-)
