Lighter Life! its quick and Im under my Dr who has to  check me every 4 weeks.

Last weekend we went into Body Shop and got some massage oil the girl serving had a snigger!! especially when OH said we didnt need a massager as I was good with my hands!!

lol...Dave loves to embarress the kids so out of the blue he will grab me and pull me to the floor and lie down on the pavement kissing me! whilst the kids run away screaming lol.....or his favorite is to pull me into doorways and start kissing me! Poor Ben is mortified and always apologises in advance to his friends that come to stay....

I lost half a pound this week too, am hoping for 3lb this week for my next to make it 2 and a half stone lost but dont think I will (she says still working her way through the tin of quality street !!) if we get snow im not going to be able to go running so bit of a nightmare really.

I stayed off of them until Wednesday night (got weighed in the morning) when I had a bit of a wine and choc binge then just got in from training and OH is sat there with the tin so I had to pinch a few before he put it back on top of the kitchen units (out of my reach :(  )
