My bitch is now 9weeks in whelp, she is showing no signs of labour, her temp has not yet dropped and she seems quite happy to carry on life as normal.

how long shall i leave her till i get the vet involved?

is it normal for them to go over due date?

The due date is not completely accurate, just the date of matings, but they can concieve days after the mating has taken place therefore meaning she may not neccessarily be overdue at all. How many matings and what day is she on from the first if there was more than one?

If she is content and happy then i would just keep a very close eye on her at this stage

Yes she had 2 matings, 2days apart, i have work the dates to be 9weeks from the 1st mating.

sounds like everything is normal, i am sure they will arrive in the next few days, it just a waiting game now, just dont leave her alone as labour can start at anytime. All the best x
