grannys just asked for a 2cm deep quiche dish for xmas lol wheres the best place to get them from seen some on line but never bought one before so not really sure whats ok and whats just cheep tat? lol

I thought Portmeirion may have produced them as it's quality tableware but I can't seem to find any but I did find these two.

I've ordered stuff from Pots and Pans before - they have china and metal options.  I actually prefer metal (loose bottom) as it's less likely to produce soggy pastry but if Granny is experienced with china she'll be OK!

Most high street hardware stores will sell them but you'll also find them in bigger supermarkets too.  If you're feeling flush, John Lewis or Waitrose will have a good range I expect.

i got mine from tescos was £6.99, then when my son broke it sainsburys had some nice pretty ones in their for £9.99 ,

Make sure first she wants a quiche dish rather than tin - the dishes look pretty but can make for soggy pastry bottoms.  Lakeland or John Lewis both have a choice of ceramic and metal, and TK Maxx have great kitchen wear, but it is a bit hit and miss what they have in at any time.
