ive just notest 4 white spots on just 1 of the pups ? wasnt there earlyer ..1 on top lip 3 on the bottom lip ,what are they ? do i need to get to the vets in the morning?

Sounds like pyoderma . If so will need steroids. There was a thread on here previously re this.

was reading about pyederma in botb but only said it about their tums/

I've not had any experience first hand of this but have seen it in a litter someone bred. Think it's also called puppy head gland disease or puppy strangles. From what i've found out it has to caught early to reduce scaring. I'm sure someod will be along soon with more knowledge than me. 

how old are the pups? I know on my litter some had what looked like white heads and it appeared to be where they had been biting at one another they dried up and went away on their own! But if you are worried it is always best to check with the vet as it is hard to diagnose something over the internet....

2weeks tomorrow ,going to vets for worming so she will look then x
