We bred our bitch (small utility breed) on the 27th Oct with a exc stud, she tied 3 times over 3 days. The first tie lasted for 30 mins which the stud owner said that was quite alot for the breed.

Now I am guessing we are almost half way. She dont seem to be putting on any weight nor getting a belly I would say she has lost a little weight as she wont eat her usual food. 

However she is cleaning herself an awful lot. Boobies seems to of dropped a literally LITTLE.

Her temperament used to be the fantastic now when my son moves her she can be snappy/moody. And only seems to be happy with me, which she just wants to sleep all the time well as much as she.

I am just undecided on whether we are expecting a litter or not, I dont know if to have her scanned or if its too early to tell anything.

Can anyone please advise.

I would have her scanned for my own peace of mind, 30 days plus isn't too early.

I have found if its a bitches 1st litter they dont tend to show until a bit later on in the pregnancy. With a second litter, with my girls anyway I know just by looking at them by around the 4th/5th week. I think that is probably down to the fact a bitches muscles etc...are more firmer the first time round so they tend to carry any pups higher up. From what you have described off her food, and a bit moody, but being more clingy with you sounds promising but as cocopop says if you really need to know get her scanned.
