Hi all

Does anyone have a nice Christmas Cake recipe?  I've searched online but nothing leaps out at me :(

The receipe I always use is very similar to Delia's - its never failed me (and I make 'em as presents as well!)

I wish..........I wish I had a kitchen that I could bake one in...I wish I had my recipe that went up in smoke when my kitchen caught fire in July  :(

I'm another Delia fan - have cooked it every year for the past 28 years :) Although my daughter is doing the honours this year as I haven't got a kitchen :) :)

I always use the Be-Ro recipie. It's a fabulous Christmas cake. I always get asked to make a few for collegues at work. And my home smells gorgeous when they are being baked.

Another Delia fan here too.

I have made my christmas cake using her recipe for the last few years and it has always turned out beautifully. I use her christmas pudding recipe and her homemade mincemeat recipe too.

Delia is on BBC2 on Tues at 9pm doing a one off christmas special, might be worth watching to see if she makes her christmas cake.
