Hi all

Does anyone get the Kennel Gazette?  I am interested in getting it, but would like to know a little more about what sort of things are inside?

Can anyone tell me please?

i love it...  each month dedicated to different breed. november was jap chins, quick word from KC chairman, secretary, health schemes, judges profile each month, seminar dates, events section for month, JW gallery, agility section, list of new kennel names and new kennel interests, disciplinary cases, permission to show list, judge list for breeds, groups etc at each show, accredited breeder new members, publications order form at back... this is just a few things..... its well worth the £20 annual  subscription, i get mine through the kennel club affiliate thingy lol xx

Also I have heard of the Affiliate thing - but not so sure what it is lol!!

I used to have them, they are okay, not alot in them tho! I have to cut back my spending, i have both dog papers most weeks and a dog mag each month , and the breed records every 3 months - it all adds up.

Chinese Cresteds were the featured breed in September 2003.  I used to get it for years but stopped last year as I only used to look at the featured breed and the Judges for our breed for the next years Ch shows.

Yes I think it is a bit far back for a back issue.  There are 10 pages in the Judges Choice for CCs, adverts and interviews with Diana Bowdler-Townsend, Brenda Taylor, Jack Mitchell, Jenny Gorwill and 3 or 4 others.

Ahh sounds interesting.

Have emailed the KC now to see if it is possible to buy this issue :)
