I was first contacted about this weeks ago and for a few days this persons ads were removed from Pet Plan 'Find a puppy' list however it has not lasted. Now there are five seperate ads that I have found all from this one individual, who although has a dog breeders licence these puppies that are advertised are not bred on the premises. These litters are being sold under their pet shop licence. This is something pet plan or their brokers should be aware of, however I am told by pet plan that the owners fill the forms in themselves and they cannot check every one but they should.
For anyone that has not looked at this site then I will explain each litter offered for sale has emblems such as for worming, vaccination, 4 weeks pet plan insurance etc there is also one for 'born on premises' this is ommitted on this individuals ad together alongside sire and dam - none. That is clear to me that these litters were not bred by the person selling them.
I have spoken to Pet Plan and emailed their brokers twice this week and still the adverts remain on the site, they have not even even had the decency to acknowledge the receipt of the emails. This is not fair to any prospective puppy purchaser who think they are going to a reputable breeder found on supposingly reputable companies site and what do they get a a notorious disreputable puppy seller who has a pet shop licence. Which was my main concern for contacting Pet Plan.
