Anyone any idea who Reclaims Direct is. I just had an International call from a foreign spoken lady who knew my surname wanting to discuss my existing bank account. I said bye and hung up

According to www.ukdata.com, this company was taken off the UK companies register in August 2008.  It could be that a new compay has picked up the name since.  I suspect you were right to hang up.

There is a company called Reclaim Direct http://www.reclaim-direct.co.uk who try and recover money from banks etc for excessive overdraft fees etc
