I would like to purchase a daschund as a pet. I have no idea how much these little doggies go for, and where I would begin looking to buy one. I live in london in my own house that has a garden and I also live close to a park. I have owned dogs before but not this breed. Could someone kindly email me some information about what prices I would be looking at and breeders that are close to london.

We had a female brindle miniature wirehaired dachshund for twelve years called trudie before recently losing her, we feel absolutely lost without her
and are desperately looking for a new one. They are lovely little dogs, so
affectionate I couldn't imagine having a different breed. We recently
enquired about some puppies in Surrey and Wales and the going price seems to be £500 for the wirehaired, I should think the short and longhaired dogs would be about the same. If you contact the Kennel Club
they will send you a list of breeders. Good luck.
