i have a bitch staff, who is 2 years old. she has started being vicious and biting this is very unpredictable which very frightening, i would not worry quite so much but i know what they are capable of. nothing has changed in her routine, she has always been full of her self, but never like this. i feel my options are to get rid of her or have her put to sleep, as i am running out of ideas to help her, can any one help her

You can hardly rehome her if she is this dangerous, I take it you have had her checked by a vet to make sure that she has no health problems, if she is fit then you had better ask your vet to suggest a behaviourist/trainer to you so you have someone to work with to help you get back on top of the situation or in the end you may have to PTS which is a very sad failure all round. i agree a vet check is necessary, particularly if the change in her behavoiur has been sudden and there has been no other changes in her life, ie. environmental, people, etc.

Sudden changes in a dog's character very often mean a health problem :(

Good luck
