I was there for one of our breed club shows on Sunday, what a nice place it was.  Is there a bigger hall than the indoor one by the shop then?  It was cramped with 50 Airedales, can't imagine how it could hold an open show!

I think this is the place where a Whippet breed club had their champ show there a couple of years ago & I agree it was lovely. It was a little on the tight side with 200/250 Whips though.

Venues have to be 2000 square feet per 100 dogs for indoor shows and 2000 square feet per 150 dogs for outdoor venues

Would have thought MyPetStop Denton Manchester was more than big enough for 250 Whippets-we have our Open Show at the venue and an entry of same amount and more that big enough for four big rings that are within KC guidlines of size plus we have an area taped off for grooming area.

Plenty of room outside of arena as well for spectators and all the upstairs room for more people.

All in all a super venue for Dog Events.

Venue arena is 4704 sq feet-so around 235 dogs-that is KC rules and regs

Like I said in my previous post the entry was some where between 200 to 250 Whippets & it was a little on the tight side.

I do know the regs as I am a Sec myself.
