Hi ,

I'm trying to pre book a trip on the london eye. I'm sure when I looked a couple of months ago there was the option of booking a river cruise too in like a package deal , but now I can't find how to do it.

Can anyone put me on the right track?

Thanks , Kate

Not sure if you can get a package deal but if you book the flight on the eye you can just walk across Westminster Bridge afterwards and get tickets for a cruise.  They go from Westminster pier down to the O2 or Greenwich I've done it a couple of times and never had a problem.

thank you! :)

Wasn't sure whether tickets had to be booked in advance or not. Will be start of Dec so guessing queues shouldn't be too long anyway.

Just watch the deals as last time we went to London our freinds had booked the two as a one ticket they still had to queue for the London eye and when they were to see about the river cruise there was no space the whole weekend. They were told they should have booked an actual time slot.  We wasted ages sorting out their prebooked tickets.

You can get a package I had one as a Birthday Pressie. The link has already been put up.

Hope you get it booked and enjoy it as much as I did.

I've never had a problem queuing for the London eye. Infact I tend to just turn up when I think the weather is right for the view, otherwise if you pre book you are tied to time and if the weather is bad you can't see so much.

Sorry never done the river cruise though but definately saw it advertised together in June time.

It's easier to book them separately.  If you have Tesco vouchers, you can use these and, in effect, get free trips!  If not, just pre-book night before (or buy on day if you want), do the eye, then compare river trips from the piers - normally good deals.  Have a great time you get great views on a clear day (especially cold wintry days).
