Does anyone know where the results for this can be found -checked Higham and Fosse and cant see any mention of Ulster!

Do you mean Ulster Cocker? Don't think you'll find the results online anywhere as Ulster Cocker don't have a website of their own and don't use Higham or Fosse to process entries.
