My partner has a 17 month pit bull cross staff. This dog has no certiticate as registerd as a staff cross. He is planning to breed her on her next season, which is only her second. has anyone any information to put him off

Hi
Are you in the UK, because it would be illegal over here to breed from a pitbull or cross.
I am right aren't l everyone?

Report him to the RSPCA the dog should be way to old to start breeding if it is the UK

This must be a troll! no one else would be so stupid! From the wording of the post it must be in the UK in which case they are admitting to owning an illegal dog and want to compound that by illegally breeding? Troll!

John, go to any suburban housing estate and you will see staffy crosses that look decidedly *pitbull* in type running around. This does not mean that their owners are Trolls and as this Guest has asked for advice, I think the benefit of the doubt should be extended ;-)

Well as he has already broken the law by knowingly owning a cross pitbull dog in the UK, I doubt there is anything you can do to stop him. Apart from report him and I suspect that is not an option to you. But if you are concerned, you can contact the police anonymously.
