Yikes! Our house has only been on the market 3 weeks & we've had an offer for the asking price from a cash buyer (all sounding too good to be true!) & have just had an offer accepted on a new house in Ashbourne!!! It's all going oof, plus I'm in the middle of organising my hen night!!! My head is spinning!!!
