suejaw.
She is one of many. In cities like Birmingham there are many. As one is closed down another one opens. The Asian community run a lot of them. When I see people breeding SBT for £100.50 I worry they are going to be used as bait. For the fighting dogs. Last time, I called in the Birmingham dogs Home there were lots of SBT and cross SBT covered in bit marks, that looks like they had been used for fighting. (my hubby wont let me go anymore) There is big money in it, for these vile people. Untill there is a standard sentence given by the court, I can't see it stopping. I would imagine that they are all round the country.

Silly me Brac, thanks, never even looked at that, glad i'm not a judge or magistrate.
Animal cruelty should be a crown court matter, like child abuse. Magistrates have no training and very little powers i dont see it being a deterent whatsoever. A dogs yelp to me is the worst thing in the world, and its the poor dogs that receive the death penalty. They should be paraded in front of the countrys dog lovers and put in stocks and thrashed. Then send to azkaban

I despair for these poor dogs, it is total cruelty at its extreme. This terrible cruelty & evil behaviour needs to be stopped right now, and the evil people involved should be given long prison sentences and banned from keeping any animals whatsoever.
> and banned from keeping any animals whatsoever
I agree. It seems absolutely crazy that someone who can inflict such pain and torture to an animal that it is punished in a court of law can then be allowed to own an animal in the future

Totally agree, it also worries me that any children she has could be exposed to this sort of thing and even worse could grow up thinking it's ok to treat dogs (or any animal) in this way, the behaviour could just carry on and escalate :-(
