Topic Dog Boards / Breeding / Litter with runny stools

I have a litter of nine day old puppies that have developed runny poos over the last 2 days. Poos are pudding consistency and contain "mustard seeds" (undigested milk ??). The puppies are feeding well, gaining weight, not crying and are otherwise perfectly normal.
The exact same thing happened with my last litter a year ago. At that time the vet treated them with Synulox drops and Pro-Kolin paste, and I hand fed them in case them problem was with mum's milk. The vet also sent a stool sample to the lab but there was nothing conclusive in the results. tbh their poos never really became fully firm again until they were weaned.
Has anyone else experienced a phase of runny poo in a whole litter ? I have some Pro-Kolin that I could give them but not sure whether it's worth a trip to the vet for some Synulox as well or is this just a phase that they are going to go through ?
