I have a storybook in German called Vom Lugenhaften Munchen. Can anyone translate this. I tried Babelfish but it did not make sense

Munchen is the German for Munich I think - although it's not the only place in Bavaria known by this name. Bit like us I suppose, many of our town names have been used more than once
If you Google the author you might find an English translation or you could just try a search on Amazon or Ebay for more clues

Munchen is a north west suburb of Munich ( Google Earth )

Thanks I did try that. There is an umlaut on the letter 'U's. Its a very old book, long since out of print now

Just realised I typed Munchen when it should be Hundchen (senior moment or what.lol)

Lügenhaft means lying, dishonest or untrue. I think the title means "Of the dishonest little dogs", i.e. a book about dishonest little dogs.
I know its a long way to do it but online translators can make sense most of the time. Try www.dictionary.com/translate
