Hi Samantha , if your bitch is already in season it is a bit late to be trying to find a stud dog. Most owners have a stud lined up and have the future litter planned quite a long time ahead.

If your bitch is a good quality poodle and is well known around the show ring you should be able to contact prospective studs owners in advance of her next season :)

Has she had all the nec. tests. Will you make sure that the dog you use is hip scored etc.??

Good luck in your search. I don't know of any Labradoodles in that area though.

Sorry I'm at it again, but who mentioned Labs or Labradoodels, I have a horrid feeling that the original poster is wishing to mate a poodle with a Golden Retrevier, but they have not said said so, so I'm not saying anything I till I'm sure to what I'm replying.

It was me who mentioned Labs, as the heading for this thread is Goldendoodles so I imajoned the guest wanting to breed a lab/retriver with a poodle :rolleyes:
