My daughter is going to enter the Junior handling at Richmond this year, she has qualified in the past but it has never until now fitted in,
Can anybody offer any pointers........
She is handling a borrowed terrier from our breed. Apart from that we are clueless about what to expect.

it will only be our second year with my daughters.

I would advise get there in plenty of time as remember it starts at 9am for Junior Handling.  think we 'booked' in with the Junior Handling tent which was located near the JH rings (BIS ring).

The classes (well for gundogs) are usually very full - am told they don't ask for any complicated moves usually triangle and straight up and down which was last years.

They got thoroughly spoiled last year - lovely lunch.

They really enjoyed their day last year despite the conditions (very very muddy!)

Oh thank you so much.
We really would have been clueless.
I suppose gundogs and terriers are different days.

Yes I think Gundogs are same day as Utility this year, not sure what other group is on with Terriers.

This is our first year too Karen but again Gundog/Utility day & I'm hoping that Rachel is going to point me in the right direction (as I'll be the headless chicken ;-))

Think terriers are on the same day as working this year!
