How can I find who the allocated judges are for 2010 champ shows? All I can find on individual breed club sites are 2009 judges.

If you call or email the kennel club they will send you a list out

But only the ones which have been approved. There are still many gaps in some breeds where a judge has yet to be appointed.

If you read the Kennel Gazette there is a list of judges published when they have been approved.
