i have just found this board and i have read the message board with great interest.
i just want to mention that a friend runs a dog rescue for working bred spaniels, although other dogs do come in from time to time. it would be really great if anyone wanting a dog like this could contact him. he his based just outside of Hull in east yorkshire and we are currently doing him a home page on aol.

Welcome to the forum. Has your friend contacted the Kennel Club to see if they will list his rescue in their directory? He may have to seek permission from the various spaniel breed clubs though, as the KC have tightened up there policy in recent years. :-)
