can anyone tell me what ' fallaway ' means?

as in,  '' nice fallaway with correct bend of stifle''

Something to do with the croup?  Not a term I am familiar with, what breed are we talking?

At a guess, if it is in relation to the well bent stifle, I'd say the judge is referring to rear angulation of the pelvis.

It's a term used to describe Afghan Hounds' the topline over the croup

Body
Back level, moderate length, well muscled, back falling slightly away to stern. Loin straight, broad and rather short. Hipbones rather prominent and wide apart. A fair spring of ribs and good depth of chest.
