Apparently tonight and tomorrow night are the best nights to see meteor showers. I saw a big one Sat night at a BBQ and wasnt the only one to see it. I was amazed at how big it was and how it 'burnt' the trail into the sky.

Just been laid in the garden for 30 mins and OH spotted one but I havent seen anything. Its clouded over now so we've come in for a bit. May try again later....wish I didnt have to get up for work tomorrow or I may stay out all night! I find it fascinating!

we have had a lot tonight. we live near carnoustie scotland. we have really clear skies here at the moment so my hubby and kids are out spotting them. although had to convince my 7 year old son that they werent like the ones that killed the dinosaurs!!!

we didn't get to see any :-(  it was very cloudy so we gave up.  Mind you i was up and down till about 3.30am hoping that the cloud would clear but it didn't

the only meteor shower we had at 3am to 6 am was rain

Aww munsters bless your son. We had a lot of cloud so only saw 2. Wish we had clearer skies.
