Glad I didn't bother taking my dog then today as she's brown and white and doubt that the white legs would of, or is it have, stayed that way for long :)  Going tomorrow with the Pom's though so could be fun, although it's been gorgeous in Manchester today.

At least you can pick your Poms up...Can you imagine the sight if I tried to pick Tangle up lol

yes he stayed lovely and white, took a bit of careful walking to get him from the car, and for a wee and then to the ring, but he was very very white!!!! good luck have a good day xx

You can't pick them up in the ring :)  Though hopefully live in Manchester and it's been dry all night and gorgeous at the moment so hopefully it should all be outside today.

How did you and Tangle get on today at the show?
- By Lisakom [gb] Date 06.08.09 19:50 UTC
Well I didn`t have to pick him thats for sure lol....

We had a lovely day although a little sun burnt :)   Tangle behaved impeccably, 2nd AVNSC Pastoral Puppy and Reserve AV Pastoral Puppy, I really need to work at him running in a straight line, judge said he could`ve got 1st if he had lol...

Had a good day at Bakewell today, our 10 month old Pug Puppy Dexter got 1st in Puppy,Best Puppy in Breed & Puppy Group 2.:-) Our Morgan got Reserve Best of Breed. There was a really good entry of 49 Pugs.Would also like to say what a well run show this was,the army cadets were out in force helping people push the trolleys, bringing water round for dogs & helping wherever they were needed.    :-)  :-)

Wow congratulations!

It is a lovely show and extremely well run and as said the Army Cadets were all super stars.

Definitely one for the diary next year :)

Where is the Bakewell show held? Is it an open show?
- By perrodeagua [gb] Date 07.08.09 07:59 UTC
In Bakewell and it's a 2 day open show.  Just to advise disabled people who are showing their dogs, do not go to the disabled carpark as we found out yesterday!!

Had no idea where Bakewell was, just checked on a map and well the Peak District area, that is mega far away for me for an open show, don't even do champ shows up that way. Maybe will do that if i happen to be on holiday that way next year. Sounds like a lovely show though.
