LOL, cheeky monkey!!

You could fit a child lock. Ebay have loads and they are cheap, I expect you can get them from many places.

I had a dog who could do this once years ago. I never found the child locks very successful as they only stuck on to the fridge with double sided tape  and he could get them off with a little bit of work. Maybe they have improved these days.
What worked for us in the end was a large chain dog lead looped round the whole fridge. We could lift it up, open the door  and the drop it down again when we shut the door. He never worked out how to do that. He also learnt how to open the freezer and would eat frozen burgers etc too!

My GSD learned how to do this and has broken the seals on three fridge freezers. I tried the child proof locks but they didn't work either as she would she would just keep pulling at them until they gave way . I've now had a joiner build a cupboard to put the fridge in which has worked.

Now...sorry about this lecture but.....
When the loss adjusters came after our fire, the first thing I asked was, is a dishwasher catching light common?
The answer was no, the most common cause of kitchen fires in electrical items is....fridge lights!!!
It left me very aware of keeping the door firmly closed as a repeat is  not what I want.
So....please get a lock on it quickly!

I have previousley posted on my working cocker, she opens the oven door.  I keep things in it to defrost etc. when she gets the chance she wil open it to see if she can hit the jackpot.  I have no choice now but to crate her. it is for her own safety.

It seems like a lot to have to put a chain on your fridge so the dog cant get into it.  I firmly believe in crates, when I am not home to watch what my dogs can get into.  I would crate before having to get a huge chain to wrap around my fridge and keep give me all the work when I want something out of my fridge.  May sound harsh, but I would crate the dog.
