Hi, im coming to a show in the UK in August and i want to bring a crate for the bench for my rottie, does anyone know the measurements of the bench or the max size of a crate that should be put on it?

I want to make sure the crate doesnt sit over the edge in case he falls off, as i saw this happen at the scottish show back in November.

I can't give you measuements but I can tell you that my crate for my Beagle sits on the bench nicely. I highly doubt a bigger one would fit on them without hanging over the edge.

Those with larger breeds generally use a benching chain from what I've seen.

Ive seen people with benches that fit a rottie and dont go over the edge but im not sure of the measurements. I was over at the scottish show in nov and i had my fella clipped on and he didnt like it at all so dont wanna go down that route again, he would be much more comfortable in a crate.

I think the kennel club website it will tell you the minimum size of a bench for a certain breed, if not , email them
