also getting a pay rise (whoop!)
and its my day off tomorrow.
so feeling pretty good :)

6 4 week old puppies and mum in an enclosed area of the garden large enough for the 7 of them and mum being able to play with puppies, then watching the pup's copy mums playing behaviour with eachother! :-D Was lovely to see her charge to them then throw her front end on the floor, bum in air, tail wagging, pups jumping on her and then them doing the same action :-D Was sooooo cute and made me soooo happy!
We then took pups in again and they fell asleep...BLISS!

heard it first from very elderly vicar in village but its true.........
'I woke up this morning and i was still alive.......what a good start to the day' :-D

Now that I have brought my children up I have started dating again and had a brilliant one last weekend. Went out with him Friday and danced all night and laughed so much my stomach hurt. Met up Saturday and went shopping and Sunday took the dogs out and chilled.
I described it as one of the best weekends of my life!..........................Haven't heard from him since but thats men for you :-(
That is lovely :) And really made me smile
(not the 'not calling' part though :( )
Flora, he may be playing it cool after a full on weekend.
I'm generally always in a good mood. Life is too short to be anything but. I have a wonderful family, good friends, lovely animals and im healthy and happy.
Had a good week at work, nice weekend planned enjoying the lovely weather and had a manicure after work tonight. Intend to have a nice bath in a minute with some more pampering, a few glasses of wine and some of my thorntons choccies my wonderful chap bought me - LIFE IS GOOD.

Spending time with my dogs, and getting tattooed makes me cheerful.
Also time spent with close friends never fails to make me happy.
Also sitting in the fresh air on a nice day is good too.

Thanks for sharing your good week with us - I am always cheered when I get out and about with the dog - whether walking though the woods, fields and beach, rain or shine I feel great looking at the nature and scenery around me. All the better too if one meets some nice friendly folk on the way.
Nature usually does it for me!
Today I was sat in my side garden which at the moment looks like something from the Chelsea flower show, (pure luck, I know nothing :-) ) watching the bees jumping from flower to flower and drinking a cup of coffee, it was quiet and it just felt like pure heaven, I was thinking it doesn't get better than this.
I'm very easily pleased. :-D

that sounds lovely :)

I am a very contented person,i have my dogs and my family around me.
I love to walk on our moors regular and that just chills me out in the open space and freedom.
Then every other weekend i look forward to going away in our touring caravan to somewhere quiet with hubby and the dogs.
My son and his partner also have a caravan as does my brother in law so its not always so quiet,we just try to sneak off now and then alone.
> Was sooooo cute and made me soooo happy
That sounds like a perfect reason to be cheerful ;-)

6 months well spent, may you now live and eat in a more educated way so as to maintain this wonderful achievement! :)
It is a fantatic feeling, and perhaps it's time for me to follow suit and sort myself out.
WELL DONE

Thanks everyone :) I should have mentioned that I am exocrine pancreatic insufficient and therefore cannot digest all my food, vitamins and especially fat. I have been on a diet of 3000+ calories a day for the last 6 months and have now put on 8kgs - I now just have to keep them on!
Jax x (Still on cloud 9 'cause for the first time in her life she looks healthy and not like a wee stick insect ;) )

Well done Jax it must have been really hard work but well worth it.
Hope you feel fit and well now.

Wow,remember not long ago, when you were worried about the arrival of a new boss?It sounds as if it's all turning out great.:)

My reason to be cheerfull, is that I have 7 wonderful min pins around me. Each very different, and can cheer you up by their different actions all no matter what. If I want doggy kisses, I go to Cher, Reba, or Chase. If I want a cuddle on the couch, I sit with Rufus or Casie. If I want a challenge (in a good way) I go to Star or James. If I want laughter, I have em all (or one at a time, a min pin can always make you laugh)
I am also cheerful around (most) of my friends and family. Depends really.

The welcome I get from my dogs every day I return home from work, they both rush from the back garden inside to get the OH to open the front door and then smother me in husky love :-D
> when you were worried about the arrival of a new boss
no no, there are a few issues... :)
one reason to be cheerfull is that my kids are following in my footsteps in the dog world bith of them are as intrested in showing and traning and generla looking after, feeding and walking the dogs, my eldest is 14 and has already started looking into certain lines of the breed she is intresed in, learning about different health test for that breed and any other problems that may crop in within the breed, and learning what it takes to be a responsible owner of that breed.
