I was at an exemption show tonight and Buffy did really well she got a first and then reserve best in show, callum got a third, so i was happy, BUT somebody stole Buffys show lead and i cant get another one until i go to another show, so i have nothing to show her in, so i am fed up.
The people that i think took it were cocker people as well, maybe they had the hump because i beat them who knows, but they have left me in a right situation i have match night on wednesday and i havent got a clue what i am going to use as a show lead.

What do you show her on? I have a spare if you'd like to borrow that-it's a 4ft one though? Sods aren't they:( I think you're right a case of the green eyed monster if you ask me too. Let me know about the spare- I could post it tomorrow first class- you'd receive it for Mon then?

Thanks Stacey for the offer, but i need a proper cocker show lead, it was one of those that was nylon with the ring that you pulled down first then the other bit you pulled down afterwards, so it was like a double slip lead type thing, i am going to see if the breeder has a spare but thanks anyway Diane

sorry to hear about the lead though - makes you mad doesn't it that people do that sort of thing

they might just be asbsent minded-i nearly zipped up someone elses show bag today to bring it home-then i remembered id already put mine in the car!!!--it was a bit embarrasing, but they saw the funny side of it, -you never know, they might be sitting there wondering where the spare ones come from :)
