I heard today that a lady at the end of my road has had to take her 8 month old Bull mastiff bitch to the vets because her adult male got to her when in season. Thats not the worst part-the vet apparently told her that there were pro's and cons to the bitch having pups at this age...the pro being that she is young and should whelp easily!!!!!It just makes my blood boil.
The owner has these 2 dogs,a 3 month old male pup and a pup booked for next year(all bull mastiffs) and they're all kept indoors with no safe means of seperating them.
She has I beleive decided to not let her have this litter but what chance does the poor bitch have-the owner has brought the pup with the intention of breeding but obviously has no idea what shes getting her self into .If she can't keep 2 dogs seperated what chance with 4?

This is just another irresponsible & incompetant breeder again! I wish people would gain some knowledge first before delving into the unknown

At least she had the sense to go to the vet and terminate this pregnancy, and not listen to the vet maybe it will make her re-evaluate her circumstances .
