I have decided to feed this for the time being to my boy who recently had torsion. He is a real fussy eater and its difficult to put four small meals into him so im giving him 2 meals of naturediet and two of amp frozen blocks which is going down well. I was just wondering where everyone buys theirs from and how much they pay? I bought the last lot from PAH for 75p each

Im going to my favourite cheap pet shop for some raw later so will see how much it is there but was thinking if we are going long term on this then it wouldnt hurt to order in bulk if its cheaper.
Morning. If you go to www.gjwtitmus.co.uk/naturediet-wet-food
then they sell in bulk. 18 for about £11/12, not sure if thats any good for you. There are quite a few that sell online and deliver to your door.
if you go to www.berriewoodwholesale.com (I think its com and not co.uk but could be wrong) they sell it in bulk but they also do the breeder packs, which is generally the first batch out after they have changed flavours, labels might be a little wrong etc. and they work out alot cheaper I think about 50p per pack. I get boxes whenever they have them.
I use berriewoods and find that they are very good although I feed my 2 poodles natures menu (the tinned version not the pouches) as one of my two is a very fussy eater and doesn't like nature diet or the pouches of the natures menu the tinned is different in texture and also the varieties which is why he will eat the tinned. I bought enough tins to last about 3 months as it works out cheaper but I have to say that Berriewoods were so helpful when I rang to order because I was concerned about making sure they had a reasonably long best before date on them and the lady I spoke to said she would go and check their supplies whilst I was on the phone to her to find out what the best before dates were which turned out to be January 2011 so there was no problem.

I order from Berriewoods now as they are even cheaper than using Naturediet direct - especially if you get the Breeder packs which are perfectly OK. I don't think that Maisie and Bill are particularly bothered if some other flavour has sneaked in there!

I bought 4 months supply for my GSP (3 packs daily) from Berriewoods, which worked out at the cheapest I could find, after advice off here.

Fagan is going to have to have 3 packs daily, although at the moment he is on more just to get some weight on him. My nice pet shop quoted me £13.50 for 18 which isnt too bad. I will have a look at berriewoods, we wont be able to do the breeder packs though because he has a chicken intollerance so cant risk any chicken in there.
I'm trying to get weight on my boy and have found breast of lamb, raw or cooked with rice, is doing nicely. It is also a very cheap cut of meat- probably works out cheaper than pet food, and it does get the weight on.

he has been operated on for torsion so I dont want to over do it, he is on AMP frozen blocks as well as the naturediet so im hoping he will gradually put the weight on - as a pup I had him on breast of lamb and you are right it certainly works :)

Sorry to resurrect an old thread - but it seemed better than starting my own, since it's more an additional question. Can anyone order the breeder packs of Naturediet from Berriewoods, or is there some sort of special requirement? Thanks. :-)
anyone can. I order them and I am not breeder

Thanks. :-)

Thanks - have bookmarked that. Have just ordered from Berriewoods who do charge delivery - but have ordered quite a lot - should keep the lad going a while!! They've got a fab deal on the sensitive - salmon prawn veg rice - at the moment (his least favourite but at that price tough!!) - bulk buy, you have to buy 12 x 18pack box - but works out at £6.89 per box.... (39p per packet!!). Have already ordered mine. ;-)

That's not a bad price, does it include the VAT? (Last time we ordered we were told the price per box without VAT, it was just added on at the end :) ) We normally get the breeder packs from them and just order in bulk (doesn't take our 4 long to get through it though :) ).

Yep, includes VAT. :-)
