of I know it's not the end of the world, but I'm at work on my last night shift and I have a stinking cold and feel like poop :(

I have an abundance of tissues, my beechams (other cold remedies are available) and some chocolate cake that I don't really have any appetite for.......

oh well, I think I'll turn the lights out and tell everyone to go away ;)

aw, poor you, colds are just horrid :(

top tip, take a bottle of coke (fat coke not diet) slices of lemon and slices of root ginger and simmer them in a pan with the coke and then drink.

honestly it works!

i worked in a care home once where one of the ladies used to chew her paracetamol as if they were the most delicious things going-sent a horrible shiver down my back.
