Hi there, I have a 3 year old bulldog who up until now has been fully house trained and has never had an accident.  We moved house back in December and he was fine and now over the 6 weeks, he has started pooing and weeing all over the carpet at night, any idea's as to why and how to stop him doing it?  Thanks

hi
You may just find that the move has stressed him out with all the new smells and sounds to get used to. he may also be marking everything as the new house wouldn't have his scent around it.
Always worth a trip to the vets though just to check that he hasn't got an infection.
Is he doing this in the day as well? i presume not as he will be let out for the tiolet on a regular basis, also he may not do it infront of you as he knows it's wrong.
All i can suggest after checking things out with the vets is that you go back to basics for a while and start rewarding him in the day for going to the tiolet outside to re-enforce good behaviour.
Maybe your have to try getting up in the night once and letting him out and see if that stops him.
You must make sure everything is cleaned properly else he will keep going in the same place.
Of course all this may suddenly stop once he feels settled.
good luck,
