Hi,
I have been trying to purchase some Vet Bed but cannot find it in any pet shops!! Does anyone know on an online shop that sells it for a reasonable price?
Thanks
Lou

I have been very happy with Profleece, who actually manufacture fleece for animal beds and for hospitals. They sell in all sorts of colours and patterns and very helpful on the phone. Sorry, not sure how to do links;)

I've been looking online too, the cheapest place seems to be www.petplanet.co.uk £38.49 for a piece 54"x36". That's the original Vetbed in white. If it's Vetbed Gold your after, then try www.vetbed-uk.demon.co.uk £54.99 for a piece 55"x35". Hope these turn out as links, if not sorry!!

Has anyone tried VetBed Gold? If Teelin's scan is postive, I'll be shopping for a 10 metre roll (the joys of giant breeds :-)) next Wedneday and I'd pay the extra for Gold if I thought it was worth it.

This tells you about the benefits of the Gold. It sounds very good, is impregnated with something to kill/control bacteria. I've just ordered some from petplanet.co.uk, but the actual Vetbed site above sell directly (all kinds of Vetbed)

I'm not sure how the prices compare, as I could only find Vetbed and petplanet sites that sold the Gold. Petplanet was cheaper for a piece 55"x35" but they don't sell rolls.
What breed is Teelin? Hope the scan is good news!! :)

I get it from Oakenshaw & Allbrooks - http://www.allbrooks.co.uk/acatalog . Don't know if its the cheapest, but I use it because they sell in rolls.

The last vet beds I bought were from www.championpets.co.uk They were very reasonably priced - not quite as heavy duty as the original vet bed but have "done" 3 litters of puppies so far and are still sparkling white and no apparent wear.
