Accupuncture is what helped me, but the biggest thing to help my CS is driving a van!  When I was in a car every day I suffered severe pain in my neck and back even though I'm one of those people who is quite tall but drives with their seat right up to the wheel.  Since I've had my van, which has a very upright seat, I hardly ever have the pain.

Work though bought new chairs which are supposed to be good for your posture, after 3 hours I told them I couldn't work with it and got my old one back, I was in pain for about 3 days afterwards!

It is absolutely amazing how many people can relate to this problem. Just replied to an email from my sister-in-law and mentioned the neck problem and she came back with the same thing. Feeling woozy when she turns her head etc. Its that skeleton of ours. Just not made to take the twists and turns we go through in our everyday lives. Not sure if I am allowed to mention but just got an e newsletter from a well known European store who are selling a sort of neck pillow thing next week. Might give that a try. Might help with the neck stretching. Thanks again for all your help and advice and support!!!!

Ditto accupuncture is great for back pain as well.
