can anybody suggest any supplements for suki she has now been to the vets and the placenta was not left inside he did say that because she has had 6pups that she will need extras from food and suggested puppy food, or she may become ill and the milk would dry up

Hi suzke,,I give my new mums plenty of goats milk, and a good amount of red meat as well as there normal diet. I allow them to eat as much as they want (within reason of course) and touch wood I have never had a problem getting a plentiful milk supply.

I just fed mine her dog food, it was for whelping and nursing bitches never had a problem. All puppies are healthy and so is she. I only allow mine dog food no human food. Good to hear they are all doing fine.

If she has not got very much appetite you can supplement her with Skinners puppy milk
you make it up just like baby formula
