It's so heartbreaking when you lose one puppy from a much-wanted, much planned litter, to lose two is just too dreadful.
Hope that all goes well from now on in.

Thats good news,at least no more babies are poorly thank goodness..Try to think positive,know its hard and you are probably watching every breath they take right now. Thinking of you and your babies {{{{hugs}}}}

Hi everyone , we have reached week 1.. thank you so much for your kind thoughts concerning our babies, we have 4 ...terrified to say anymore in case I jinks things... all feeding well, got thier pigment , pushing up on ther legs, lovely shiny coats, moving around following Mum with great speed!

what next...Mums milk drying up think its the antibiotics ...now having to top up with bottles.

theres always somthing isnt there :( ...our girls milk is starting to dry up too !! but pups will be 3weeks old thursday so ive started weaning them and bless um their so hungry ,they go mad at the food ,...ive lost track of time roni how old are your pups now ? xxx

wow time flys sounds like their doing well ,you must be so tired ,not be long before you can start weaning them too ...xx

I am really enjoying bottle feeding although I know Mums milk is best , Mums sits watching me then she toilets them ...amazing... were a good team..
She is such a fab Mummy its just not fair!!

Many thanks Starryeyes for keeping us updated on your babies. Must be an amazing experience I am quite jealous, being a wannabe breeder myself. All I can do is live the dream through others posts. Thanks again.
bless her she is a very good mummy too ,she knows you need to keep them going and i think its fantasic that she sits with you and waits so she can clean them ,i know what your saying about mums milk but if its not there you do what you have too ,i have 2 girls from the same breeder whos mum died at the birth (csection) she had raised 9 and all are big beautiful large breed pups now just coming up to 6months old :) so please dont worry about giving them milk ,mum did feed them the 1st week so her babbies got the very best start ,you and her are doing FANTASTIC well done roni xxx
