
Pressed chocolate cake - River Cafe recipe
200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), 150G unsalted butter, 5 large eggs seperated, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 115g caster sugar, icing sugar to decorate. Similar sort of recipe I think. If you want me to write all the info out I will.
Also had a choc roulade with ginger cream that sounded great but on reading it now have failed to safe all the pages! :-( Sorry not much use.
