2lb off this week, but I'm dreading weighing myself tomorrow as for the last three days I have stuffed my face as feel period coming on and always have this urge to eat at that time and also my friends brother died last week so have been trying to console her and just havent thought too much about the food thats went in my mouth. Will cross fingers when I step on scales lol.

Didn't know whether to start a new one but as this one is 2009 ........

I reached my 2 stone today :-)

Fantastic!   You must be thrilled.

I'm afraid after an injury I have fallen off the WW wagon, mainly due to the fact that I have been self medicating with large amount of chocolate. :-o(it taste so much better when it's egg shaped.)
On tuesday I went to the funeral of my friends son and, as these things often force you to do, I have been reassessing my life. So its back to weight watchers on Monday. No more wallowing in chocolate and self pity for me.

it taste so much better when it's egg shaped :-)  LOL  that is so true.

I love chocolate and confess to being an addict so I have to avoid it as one square just won't do ..

Well Done :-) .....when did you start? Was it Jan this year? How much more did you have in mind to lose? Have you bought any new outfits yet? Bet you're feeling so much better for it :-)

I'm still managing to maintain my 4 stone loss from last year
- By Blue Date 02.04.09 11:45 UTC
I started first week in Jan and being realistic I am doing the 7lbs per month goal..  I won't say what I really need to loose :-) but would like to loose another 2 stone for August 22nd as my stepson gets married then.  It is achievable.

Not bought new clothes just getting back into ones I had burst out of :-)  I have a wardrobe of about 5 sizes. :-)

Brilliant maintaining the 4 stone that is a major achievement.

I have managed to keep off the five stone but my weight has been swinging between 11st 4lb and 11st 10 (with a Christmas hiccough of 11st 13lb).

I now have just over 8 weeks until I get married and the dress is very figure hugging and snug at the moment but the next size up doesn't fit as well, so must loose about half a stone, but would like to get under the 11st mark.

Even though at 5' 4" officially my maximum weight should e 10st 5lb I will be much happier at around  the 11st mark and an off the hanger size 12 for clothes.

Isn't it odd?......................I'm the same height as you, yet have to be at least a stone lighter to wear size 12 clothes!!! you must carry your weight far better than I :-D ..........i'm sure with a little will power, you're going to get into that dress no worries.........8 weeks = 8lbs minimum ;-)

People vary so much with the size clothes they can wear at certain weights. I'm 5'5", and if I go above 9 stone then I'm into size 14, or sometimes even 16! A size 12 is comfortable on me (not baggy, not tight) when I'm about 8st 4lb. I carry weight really, really badly.

Well done to you too! Im definitely slimmer than I was this time last year as I have a pair of jeans I can get back into, and my other jeans which fitted just fine I can now remove without undoing the buttons :-) Im still eating lots but doing loads and loads of walking.

Hi guys can I join you ? Will be going back to slimming world on Wednesday after a good 2009 start followed by a months blip. Must get back on again have promised to lose 3st this year.  oh heck now I've said it better do it !
- By perrodeagua [gb] Date 04.04.09 22:10 UTC
WOW you are all doing so well, I'm a total failure.  I really need to start losing weight.  I've had three chest infections in as many months and I'm sure my weight is part of it. Many people think I'm skinny when they look at me and can't believe I'm nearly 12 stone.
